We want you to understand what happens to your information before you choose to save anything.

The public homepage

The words you type into the homepage starting box are used only to create the on-screen starting direction in your browser. They are not saved to an HNW account or transferred into a coach record from this homepage.

Public directory information

The homepage may display public coach profiles, professional experience areas, aggregated geographical reach and consent-approved featured work from the HNW Coach Directory. It does not display private client names, reports, medicines or individual health records.

When you continue to My HNW

My HNW will explain what information is collected and ask for appropriate consent before personal health information is stored. Each person’s saved profile, uploaded reports and health data must remain protected behind individual sign-in and authorised access.

Data choices

You may choose not to create an account. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion, subject to lawful medical, financial or operational retention requirements.
